This job was prestige. Studio 24 is a Cambridge based digital design company who beat international competition to get the job of redesigning the W3C website. And if you don’t know, then W3C is the World Wide Web Consortium, founded by Tim Berners-Lee, and responsible for the standards that make the World Wide Web work, such as HTML, CSS, accessibility, web payments and more.
It’s a huge project and it is being undertaken in the open with full public access and community feedback throughout the process.
My small part was to make these illustration to accompany blog post, tweets etc. that provide information about how the project is progressing. The images refer to headline issues like content, accessibility, delivery and internationalisation.
